Sydney Davis & Associates established its real estate office in Duncan Bay, Trelawny in 1994. Since then, the company has sold and rented properties of all descriptions throughout the north coast parishes on the island. Over the years, Jamaicans and visitors from all walks of life have come to depend on the experience and knowledge the company offers to guide them in their real estate investment endeavors.

Sydney Davis, the company’s managing director, started in the real estate business as a salesman in 1989. Over the next five years his interests and activities broadened to include villa management services, tourism marketing consultancy and project management. Through these services, scores of returning residents, visitors and Jamaicans discovered the rewards of investing in some of the best north coast properties in the island. Today he takes pride in the reputation he earned among his customers for his personalized service and professional operation.

Now almost two decades  since its establishment, Sydney Davis & Associates has joined forces with selected real estate brokers to offer sales, rental property management and mortgage referral services for residential, resort and commercial properties island wide. Sydney Davis & Associates has its office in Kingston and is licensed as a dealer by the Real Estate Board of Jamaica.
